| I wanted to let you know that our Christmas kick off meeting was a great success. Thank you for all of your help and time with deciding on the perfect menu for this event. The food was FABULOUS and got rave reviews from my VP as well as my managers attending. There was more than enough prepared and we were all satisfied. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who set the meal up for us..I believe it was Gene? Anyways, he was great! We actually had the food set up in the same room we were meeting in. He had to come in and set up while we were still in our meeting. If it wasn't for the teasing aroma of the food, you would have never known he was there. He was so quick and quiet. In fact...I was rushed by everyone to stop the meeting so they could eat...they couldn't take it anymore!
I appreciate your honesty with the selections I had made to begin with. I was impressed with everything from your personalized service - to the deserts and appetizer breads. I know I was wanting some of everything and you made sure I stayed within my budget!
I will definitely consider your business the next time we have one of these events as well as recommend you to anyone looking for a fine catering company.

I really wanted to take a few moments to write and tell you how extremely satisfied we were with the food, service and your staff. Everyone I spoke with commented on the delicious food. I talked with a couple of the servers and bartender, they were very professional and took care of everyone so well. You made everything go so smoothly. You kept us on track and it went off without a hitch. The "care package" was also well appreciated. We took about 25 people back to our place and celebrated until 3:00 AM. It was nice to have the canoli's to enjoy.
The DJ ended up being a nice guy. I'm not sure what David told him, but he apologized for any miscommunication. We did appreciate that you intervened on our behalf to make sure everything was OK. You really went above and beyond for us. We won't forget it and are happy to recommend you to over and over again.
Thanks once again for making our day, one of the best days of our lives.
